Unnatural Selection

£60.00 - £350.00

Unnatural Selection explores the moment when evolution ceases to be biological and becomes conscious.

A feminine figure emerges at the centre of the composition, not as subject but as signal. She represents intuition, adaptation and the living interface between instinct and choice. Around her, fragments of structure, pattern and coded repetition suggest a world no longer shaped by chance, instead by decision.

The presence of 555 appears quietly within the work, a number long associated with transition, acceleration and irreversible change. Here it functions as a marker. A point at which timelines diverge and the old rules no longer apply.

This piece reflects a shift away from survival-based evolution toward something more deliberate. A reality in which perception, intention and awareness begin to select the future. What remains is not the strongest, but the most attuned.

Unnatural Selection is a portal concerned with thresholds between nature and design, between instinct and authorship and between what we inherit and what we choose to become.
